Exhaust for the 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 Tundra — JBA headers, Magnaflow and JBA complete systems, catalytic converters, Pro Flow mufflers, resonators and weldables. Three things decide fitment here: the 3.4L V6 or the 4.7L V8, the 2000-2004 or 2005-2006 header split, and your cab and bed.

Three Questions Decide What Fits
Which engine? The 1st gen Tundra came with a 3.4L V6 or a 4.7L V8. Every header kit on this page is 4.7L. Some complete systems cover both.
Which year? The headers split at 2004/2005 — there is a 2000-2004 kit and a separate 2005-2006 kit. They are not interchangeable.
Which cab and bed? Exhaust systems are routed to the truck, so a kit listed for an Xtra Cab short bed will not fit a different configuration. Check the listing against your truck, not just the year.
Where to Go From Here
Headers — JBA kits for the 4.7L. The factory manifolds are the restriction worth removing first.
JBA designed these around the same premise we would: the factory exhaust manifolds on these V8s are restrictive, and that is what keeps the engine from its potential. All of them are listed for the Tundra and Sequoia 4.7L.
The coating is the price difference, not the flow. Ceramic keeps heat in the pipe and out of the engine bay; bare stainless is the cheaper way to the same port design.
Complete Systems
Magnaflow exhaust, 2000-2006, 3.4L and 4.7L — single exit, listed for Limited and SR5. The one system here that covers both engines. Mandrel bends throughout, OEM-style barbed hangers, a straight-through stainless muffler, and dyno-tested for the fitment and the gain.
The direct-fit converter here is listed as 47-state smog legal and not legal for installation on California, Colorado or New York emissions controlled vehicles. It is listed for the 3RZ and 5VZ, so it is the 3.4L V6 part. Measure before ordering, as there is more than one factory configuration.
Mufflers and Resonators
LCE Pro Flow mufflers in 2 1/4" and 2 1/2", 14" and 18" bodies, three-chamber and straight-through, satin finish — the building blocks for a custom system rather than a bolt-on kit. Exhaust wrap is on this page too.
